Dunkin' - Laurel

Awful and disrespectful service. They couldn't even fulfill a request for more milk and gave a hostile attitude. Definitely won't be returning to this Dunkin'.

I used to frequent this restaurant often, but recently the staff seems to have trouble getting my order right. I find myself having to double check and make corrections almost every day. I even started placing my own orders and showing them to the staff to make sure they understand the difference between what I ordered and what I received. Despite being slow, my order is always 100% accurate.

I ordered avocado toast with speck. I have to work, open the box and that's what I get.

Very bad service. requested two separate drinks. one was mango ananas and second was unsweeter icestee. employees had bad communication skills. he refused to admit that he was wrong. I never asked him to mix the drinks. he was super rude and arrogant. returned order. I gave it up.

I really liked this Dunkin’ but lately it has been terrible. I I put my mobile orders in 20+ minutes in advance and then when I get to the store the orders are never ready and it makes me severely late for work. They literally start to prepare the drink when I’m in the store because I complain about it. Makes no sense.
