Burger King - Laurel

DO NOT GO TO THE LAUREL DELAWARE location. What a JOKE this place is. They give you a price for uncharge from fried to onion rings, then lie about it and won't honor it and then turn rude. They are liars there who won't honor their word.. Mgrs are a joke. Won't honor app deals and get the orders wrong. The Salisbury Md and Seaford De locations are much better run. Be wary when they give you a price cuz the clerks at the drive thru are a ROYAL JOKE and have no business being there. STAY AWAY from this place and do yourself a favor.. Nothing but a nightmare and a bad experience. Go elsewhere. Do not take their word on the uncharge fees, cuz they are LIARS.

Third trip here. 1st time middle winter, orderd coffee...no coffee they do not serve coffee. 2nd time ordered whopper, sandwiche only, cost $4 dollars more than meal. 3rd, today; find out they do not ccept corporate promotions. i think ill go back order something, ask for code; if i do not get it i migt have a accident on their floor.

Couldn't do a lettuce wrapped burger and you can only use the bathrooms after you pay for your meal!?!?

I've been here off and on and apparently half the staff is aware of the fact that Burger King is the only place that does burgers anytime. I've gone there at 8am and gotten burgers. I only had to wait. I just left this same bk...grouchy dude gonna tell me no they don't do burgers and I can't get one...at 1030am. Whatever took my money home. Teach ur staff what the company actually does. Or make the company remove it from ur specific bk. I go today(4/16/23) ordered the egg normous burritos..2 of them a coke NO ICE. Girl at the pay even asked nd confirmed I said no oce not no sausage. I get all the way home...they still screwed up in the kitchen. No sausage...it tastes bad without it. So next time im ordering burgers.

I've not felt well all day finally wrote up to Burger King to get something to eat paid for bacon and cheese on my burger ask for no onions. I got the onions I paid extra for the bacon and cheese which I did not get and this is the third time this has happened to me from reading the reviews I'm not the only one who finds this store in competent and it wasn't like they were even busy I was the only car in the Drive-Thru this is ridiculous and off day only goes so far this goes to carelessness if you don't want to do your job by all means leave and let someone else have that job
