Mcdonald's - Las Vegas

I went to the drive-thru for lunch and paid $15 to order and wait. It was daytime and I understand they were busy, but then they gave me the wrong order and didn't answer their phone when I tried to let them know about the mistake. I ended up spending most of my lunch waiting for my correct order. If they are going to make customers wait, they should at least give them the right order, especially if they are already inconvenienced by having to pull aside.

We were charged for ranch dressing but never received it with our food after waiting in the parking lot. Our burgers arrived cold. The only reason I am giving this restaurant two stars is because the fries were fresh (which we had to park to get).

The old McDonald's has closed down. There is no customer service to be found here. Instead, patrons are told to use the kiosk as there is no one available to take their orders. This dismissive response came after a 15-minute wait. Despite at least six employees milling about, none made eye contact or acknowledged the customers. One staff member even passed right by us on their way to the restroom, purposely avoiding eye contact. The bathrooms were dirty and every table was unclean. It is unfortunate that the staff here lacks communication skills and does not take pride in their establishment.

I went to mcdonald’s 3/8/22 at 1:30 today and the manager in the service was so rude and she didn’t give a customer service she was schnobby and dismissed, I told her that I got cold happy meals because the apple juice was placed in my children happy meal, so everything was cold and terrible. she said someone can only say that to get a free happy food, although I had talked to an earlier manager about it and he was nice and understanding he said they would replace them, but since I could live far I could not replace the replacement last night, so he said I could go today to get them, but obviously the tages manager is not concerned to provide customers with good service.

I can't believe how horrible this restaurant site is. I was hungry for a Filet O'Fish sandwich The drive up was slow. When I got to the window, I didn't know if I wanted to eat my sandwich. The serving area was filthy. The two workers were not wearing McDonalds uniform attire...playing with their piercings, and talking about their nose rings. Will not be going back.
