Taco Bell - Las Vegas

One of my cravings box was missing a burrito! When picking up from drive thru, you sometimes don't find out the order was incorrect until you get home.

We waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to have our order messed up. Despite the mix-up, the food was still good enough to warrant a two-star rating.

I was extremely disappointed with the service when I returned the next day. The manager was even worse - she claimed the previous manager was no longer there and that she was the new manager. She did not make any effort to understand my concerns. It was very unprofessional!

The staff is very friendly and always handles things very professionally. I would have given 5 stars, but they did not give me enough sauce.

For a nacho bell border, very disappointed. two big chips, the rest were crumbling. meat, sour cream, nacho cheese on top and very little. I have a bowl full of chip crumbs.
