Burger King - Las Vegas

Four cars pulled through the drive-thru but no one took their order. When they went inside to inquire, they were informed that the two experienced workers had left for the day, leaving behind two inexperienced employees who were unable to prepare the food. All four cars ended up driving away without getting their meals.

We visited this restaurant twice, and both times we had to repeat our order about 10 times as they kept getting it wrong. Despite being a lover of Burger King, this particular location was the worst. Even when we received our order, it was still incorrect.

We waited a long time for just a cup of coffee. We had to ask twice for sugar and creamer, but never received the creamer. When we finally got the coffee, it was almost cold. Very disappointing experience.

In at 3:20 employees told me that they close in 15 minutes, there is a professional business they should not close early

Absolute worst restaurant in a town of mediocre restaurants bar NONE!!!!The service is absolutely atrocious, otherwise there is nothing wrong with the food. I live in this town and this location has been bad for at least 10 years but it has gotten worse. This review is only about this location and I do not blame the Burger King company other than to say that whatever their process for turning around under performing locations does not work. You can tell corporate has tried to fix this location several times because every year or two the service improves for about a month and then goes back to horrific. I keep trying about once every 3 months because I like several items on the menu but I am done. The only reason to go to this location is to make a Tik-Tok about bad service.
