Dunkin' - Lakeview Estates

There has been 3 times I went to this location. There are 2 employees Young males. I asked when ordering for sweetcream my hot coffee. They said we cant do that..we'll get in trouble. I was like what? I asked for the manager he said I am the manager. (HOW UNFORTUNATE ?So I just ordered a breakfast wrap and it was frozen in the middle. This location is trash. Tried to take my daughter for ice cream the ice cream had frost in top (not appetizing)and I ask why they said ask the owner. I drive about extra 15 mins past this location to the other one in Conyers.

This Dunkin' is winning! The staff inside were working hard this Monday morning during a 9am rush. My Iced Vanilla Latte and Munchkins exceeded my expectations. Great job! I will be back.

The ladies are always so kind and nice when I visit. Tonight I got half a dozen and a cup of coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee it was great.

They want to act like they don't have something when they know they do. Blast mix. No one in store or drive thru. Wonder why...
