Starbucks - Lake Elsinore

I waited as the only person in line for 8 minutes before I was helped. The lady behind the counter working never acknowledged me or the next person in line that came. When the next customer asked for service the one behind the counter was very rude. Then I go to use the restroom and 1 is out of order and the other says employee only on a sticker they made. I asked to use it and I had to wait another 8-10 minutes to be let in. Horrible service all around. Today 1:45pm sep /25 .new personal Make my drink horrible and when I said Can you add vanilla you forgot she said no and said to the manager the I'm lying She is rude and don't said sorry..she looks mean like is my fault... So I've been to the Starbucks a couple of times mostly because convenience when we're passing by, But honestly my last time going here was 2 days ago I won't go back again, For some reason every time we go through the drive through we get really rude people in the window, And their drinks never seem to be that great, Or they're missing ingredients or too much or not enough of certain ingredients I'm not really sure maybe it's a training facility? The Starbucks in target and the Starbucks over off of highway 74 By the gas station and Wendy's are really good, I love going there the drinks are always amazing and the people are super friendly just normal happy. I've been coming here since they opened in my area, and everyone has been so sweet and awesome. The starbucks staff here is one of the nicest people I've ever interacted with. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today I bought a drink. Honestly, the drink was very sweet than normal. My opinion is that they are not doing the job well. There is more ice than the drink. They should pay more attention to what they are doing. Very poor service of the drink. I bought it, I put it to the test, I mixed it with water, honestly, it came out like three glasses of the same drink, it's very sweet than normal.
