Jack's B-q - Lake Elsinore

We came across this restaurant while trying to find beautiful place to eat. We thought it was really funny how this restaurant replied to 1 star rating ? We were really excited to come here and the scenery while driving to the restaurant was also really beautiful along with the lake. The service and food was very good. We were little sad we couldn?t hear the music because we left before they started music ? We had wonderful time here :

This place is great! The interior is very well done with large windows on all sides, I went at night but I imagine the lake view is nice during the day. There was a live band and an open mic night where people could sing and/or fill in for one of the band members. I went with the hangover burger and a slap and tickle beer. I enjoyed both, it wasn 't the best burger I 've ever had but everything combined made Jack 's BBQ a great experience. Next time I 'll try some actual BBQ. And if you 're deciding between fries and onion rings, go with the rings.

Good food, good service and great view. For first timers, I definitely recommend Jack's Smoked Meat Platter. It is a little bit of everything. I love their spicy bbq sauce by the way.

Delicious barbecue, fantastic cocktail menu and the nicest servers I have had in a super long time. Can?t wait to try their breakfast! Plus, the sunset view is amazing!

This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I was really looking forward to eating here, the view of the lake from the restaurant is beautiful and I?ve heard nothing but good things about the food. Let?s first start off with the waitress, she was disoriented and all over the place. It almost felt as if she was under the influence. We arrive and ask for waters to start, when the waters arrived we discovered there was old lipstick on the rim of one of the cups. No big deal things happen, the last straw was when we received our cocktails. My friend ordered a Mai tai only to find that there was a GNAT floating around in the drink! See photo for proof. To say the least Jacks BBQ needs to brush up on their sanitary habits. They definitely lost a customer.
