When I came home, two of the suppen were spilled and the bag was slightly apart when I picked it up. it seems that they were not properly closed, I called the load and spoke to the manager, she gave attitude and she said that it was my fault for the suppening not to be correct and spill them. hasn't even apologized and the phone hanged.
I want to prevent this by saying normally this panera was great! we have come regularly since the opening in le. but in the last six months it seems as if it is on the hill. the last 2-3 times i? ve gotten the mac it was so over cooked the noodles are completely mush and broken as someone threw it all in a mixer first? I gave him a few more dishes after the first time it was so, but I would rather not spend $11 for mushy overcooked makkaroni! before someone reads and thinks? Do it just go home!? that's not the point! normal panera mac is my jam and I'll like to pay $11 for the occasional treatment, but not if I? m gave a container of all broken soggy noodles and a taste like it?s 1 was too often reheated! I'm really disappointed?
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would give them zero stars if I could. I have stopped ordering one of them back because of the service and recently decided to give them another attempt. of course, they disappointed me again. I made a delivery order and I missed an article. I called back to find out the situation and was told that I had to board for the missing thing. When I asked for a refund, I was denied that it had to go through doordash, even though it was charged to them. I couldn't even talk to a manager after I asked to talk to one. I had to spend one and a half hours with the DoorDash customer service, only at the end to say that I had to actually get my refund from panera. Unfortunately, as mentioned, this is not the first time that I had problems with this particular location. they always contaminate my order and if I ask for the missing items, I will keep and terrible treatment from the workers. there was a time when a hired man accused me of getting free objects as she was? not in the position to find my order? in the system, while the workers in the back tried to fight me also. I have tried to give them a second chance, because I thought this was a new location and the workers are still new, but it is a fact and the problems that I experienced in past are still there today. The workers never hold themselves responsible for their own mistakes or even apologize to their customers. which also most disturbs me is that after such a terrible customer service, manager still the audacity to say that I have 5 star ratings and write good reviews about them.
With the costs that rise everywhere I get it... but I ordered half and got the broccoli cheddar..use to love it n it was very watered, so the lemonade and the salad was much smaller than in the past. My salad was the best, but overall disappointed.
This Panerai bread DOES NOT CARE, and it shows in everything they make. This place never ceases to be a disappointment. Every time we go here, there is an issue with our order, and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. My mom ordered a tuna sandwich, and there is barely any tuna on the sandwich, and it is not spread over the sandwich. Go to Jersey Mike's off Dexter on the other side of the 15. At least they give you an amount of meat that you can actually taste. Lol, overpriced bread sandwich! What a shame!
