The Banyan Tree - Lahaina

This was one of the best meals I've ever experienced, and the service was exceptional—definitely a 5-star rating! I ordered the Ono, and it was fantastic. I've tried Ono at various places across the islands, but this was by far the best. My wife had the Sea Bass, which was equally outstanding. She's sampled Chilean Sea Bass all over the country, and this one ranks among the best she's ever tasted. This restaurant deserves 5 stars all around: from the food to the service to the lovely outdoor atmosphere. I highly recommend it if you're in the area!

The outdoor ambiance is fantastic, and the service is warm and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the poke appetizer, along with the rest of our meal. We tried the catch of the day (mahi) and the lobster ravioli, finishing off with bananas foster for dessert. Be sure to make sunset reservations to experience the most stunning painted sky while you eat!

The setting is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery at every turn. You can enjoy lovely views of the ocean. The food matches the fine dining experience, though it doesn't stand out as exceptional. Prices are on the higher side, likely due to the location on the Ritz Carlton property. I really enjoyed the bar.

My partner and I wanted a lovely dinner to celebrate our 30th anniversary, so we decided to dine here. I mentioned our special occasion, and they offered us a separate vegan menu, which was fantastic. Everything we tried was delicious (just skip the curry!). The service was outstanding, and we were charmed by the little cat wandering from table to table, hoping for a dropped crumb. As a sweet gesture for our anniversary, they even treated us to a complimentary sorbet. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
