Monkeypod Kitchen By Merriman Kaanapali, Maui

Monkeypod is a must-see restaurant in Kaanapali. I stopped after a long morning and was happy surprised. That was one of the best lunch I had. The bastards were really good. However, the Seared Ahi was absolutely amazing and the Jalapeno Potatoes was the perfect compliment. The coconut cream pie was very fluffy but tasteful. The staff was friendly, the dress is casual and the prices are fair.

The food is really good! My favorite was the pig tacos. If you're sharp, they'll hit the point. My wife always gets the mushroom pizza and loves her. The drinks are good! Servers are friendly, but I think they are all despised by the crowd of people. We waited 20 minutes to wait for 60-75 minutes to wait for our table. If you can come through the gate and do not wait while you are shopping, it is a delicious time!

Happy hour! We went on a weekday at 4:00 and waited 5 minutes. Between the views and delicious food, it is a must! The wings were fine, but the truffles and the fish tacos were delicious!! My husband regrets not to get the eggs (you are not in the happy hour). The drinks were the best on the island of our short stay! They also confirm the parking space for the nearby garage.

Fantastic casual restaurant by Peter Merriman, in Whalers Village. Our group had an assortment of food, from fish and chips to burgers to the devil eggs, and ended with the strawberry cream cake. Everything was delicious. The famous Mai Tais are a must. The only little disappointment was that her pizza kitchen at this point in the night we thrive there. You only take walk-ins, but that? Okay, because you're surrounded by many retail stores to waste time.

We 've been here 3 times on our 7 day trip. Food is amazing, drinks are almost better. Had poke tacos raviolis for apps, chef 's special (was so good I only got the last bite pic) and saimin noodles for entree 's. Which, by the way, blew each of our minds. They have the best Mai Thai 's in the surrounding area (the honey foam is to die for). If you 're lucky enough to get Tracy as a bartender, listen to her. We enjoyed some cucumber salad and I said I wanted a drink to match. She made me the best cucumber drink, and answered my husband 's request (which he does to many bartenders, who never oblige and make him pick): I like any beer, you pick and she did, it was a delicious hazy and he was very satisfied! This is the place to come, worth the wait if there is one!
