Swiss Chalet - Lackawanna

We had an amazing quite dinner with our family and brother in laws family. Vicki and Eleni were so kind and friendly and knowledgeable and very patient and organized. The food was delicious to compliment the service. Its been a long time since we ate in at swiss chalet. To end off the beautiful dinner vicki and the girls surprised my daughter for her 21st birthday with and amazing upbeat song and such a generous piece of cake. Way to make a huge impression on a young lady. Thanks again we will be back. Oh ya the overall price was such a great value.

One of my favourite restaurants for sure! The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. My go-to is either their fries with their famous chalet sauce or their pierogies! Plus it's budget friendly, vegetarian friendly, and kid friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Highly recommend.

We celebrated our mother’s 95th birthday with a large group of 20. Private area suited us perfectly. Thank you to our waitresses, Vicky and Eleni, who were very organized and provided excellent service. The food was served quickly and freshly prepared. We highly recommend this location and servers.

Love coming to this location!! Staff is so friendly and always provides great service. They have delicious cocktails at a rather inexpensive price- their sangria is my favourite. The perogies was tasty, very flavourful, including the sauce. Overall the food was fresh and representable. The environment is very cozy and appealing. The desert, Donut Funnel Cake was absolutely delicious, spot on! I had a great experience.
