There was a big discrepancy with the order the driver never picked it up he was supposed to be 6 minutes away last I got the text and he's just calling me now and it's been over an hour and some change when it was supposed to be 34 minutes anyway I've got really good news cuz this is my first time trying your chicken it was hot it was fresh it was crispy and delicious and I appreciate the customer service that the store had to give to me for the inconvenience of my delivery online Shahid bought me my food thank you so much guys

I only give 5 stars when it's deserved. There is a dramatic difference in this situation in La Vernia. The staff is so friendly and accommodating that we like to make the trip here to dinner. The quality, service, cleanliness and timely delivery of our foods is notch. You will only receive RARELY this level of service in San Antonio locations. You set the standard here.

The workers there were super nice! I went with my sister and nephew and one of the workers bought him a plush with their own money. Not only that, but another worker had given him a quarter to play the price machine. Total, large service :D
