Bidrage med feedbackWhat I liked about this place is that I got just what I was looking for: Peruvian rich food. Without many preambles I asked for a risotto to the huaicaine that turned out to be a generous portion, with an incredible mix of flavors. After dessert I asked for the indispensable panne-cotta, accompanied by a delicious raspberries, I loved this dessert. While the place is not mandatory, it is a good option if one walks merging by Prince of Wales.
I have come a couple of times to this restaurant and the truth is that I always get very satisfied. Very good attention, same food. I've tried several things and they're always very rich, we don't have to wait long. He'll probably be back from time to time. Recommended.
The decoration of this place I liked a lot, harmony of colors, was not overloaded and maintained a line that made you think of Peru. The attention was very pleasant at all times, fluid and discreet. As we waited for the dishes we brought the bread, which was disillusioningly cold, it also lacked a bit of chromancy but had a good taste. In turn we took pisco sour, which was delicious, good balance between sweet, acid and alcohol. I also find that the drawing they make on the foam is something cute and innovative. In the first place, we ask for the pachamamama beak, which brings shrimp, squids, salmon, corvina, octopus, sweet potatoes, onion purple, Peruvian choclo and its sauce. Everything was rich except for the squids, which were very hard, which gave them a regrettable texture in the mouth. In contrast, the presentation of the dish was very good, it was striking and the use of heights gave it a feeling of fluency. ≤br/ Then we ordered shrimp with huacatay sauce, which were very good, nothing to say about them. The presentation of these shrimps is very coarse, as good as they were, they are not something that comes into the eye and I think that is something to change. At the end of dessert we asked for a cream that was very good, even though it lacked some distinctive flavor, a creme brulee that was passable and a trilogy of mousse that was not surprising either. In general the desserts lacked a little more strength in their flavors, presentation of the dishes and therefore a way of surprising. I liked this place but I also think the prices are a bit excessive for the offer, however I think it is a place to go.
Nice, spacious and good attention environment. Tasty food and without exaggeration in dressing. I went at the peak, there were plenty of people but there were tables because the dining room is quite wide, though with a little delay.Very good desserts.
Excellent alternative to eating a rich Peruvian food and not paying extrafalar sums of money. Open spaces which lets you go with familion and very good dishes (do not stay hungry). The service is quite fast and the letter is comfortable to read. I recommend the dishes 'Chef Suggestions'. I ate the atun (I forget the name) that are a cubits of atun sealed to perfection... Recommended!
