I had a chance to meet the owner and visit the place, and I can definitely recommend the place. everything tastes exquisite, besides it's in a relatively good place. The local as it is of a small scale also makes you feel that you are not in a galpoon with tables, which is also a plus. I saw many paintings, so that also suggests that there is concern for setting the menu.
It was the first remaining Spanish food I met, many years ago (at least about twenty). I remember that they stood out for having deer and wild boar, which at that time I don't think it was available to eat in other Santiago restaurants.Over time, especially since the Spanish immigration boom to Chile, we can find a great deal of Spanish restaurants, but this preserves a classic design, a high-quality standart, and dishes that are available in other restaurants but are not as well prepared, as the Catalan cream, which is a waterproof.Totally recommended to go. No modern tapas bar has the same quality, although of course the prices are higher than in the most modern premises.
