I have been buying Jacob's andouille sausage for many years, it is the BEST. Today I purchased some of their hoghead cheese, it is terrible. Maybe the worst I have ever eaten.I strongly advise anyone to stick with the andouille sausage and leave the hoghead cheese alone. TERRIBLE !!!I gave 4 stars because the andouille is great just leave the hoghead cheese in their their cooler.
