Long John Silver's - La Grange

Didn't know I had to ask for senior discount. I'm 71. Told yo tell them next time.

Surly order taker and shorted us food. We hadn't been here in a couple years and wanted to see if it had improved. It will be years before we are back, if ever.

The inside of this Long John Silvers is filthy. The entire inside needs a major renovation. The service was okay; however, all young guys behind the counter. After I placed my order I sat in one of the booths to wait for my to go order, and witnessed the guy who waited on me tell his coworker that he has a pimple on his cheek and needed to pop it. Unfortunately the coworker took his advice and popped the pimple right there in the kitchen. How nasty is that? Thankfully he washed his hands, but still who wants to see that when you’re getting ready to eat! The food wasn’t much better. I ordered a three piece fish meal with fries and green beans. Instead I got three piece chicken meal. The chicken and hush puppies were soaked with grease and cold. I also ordered two grilled salmon tacos and they were also cold. The entire meal was just nasty. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

THANK YOU YOUNG MEN!! We stopped at 830 pm on Sunday on the way back home from Louisville to Dry Ridge visiting our daughter. The boys that were working were amazing! They were 30 minutes from closing, which we didn 't know, but had to go and was starving and they were accommodating, pleasant and what I wish I would 've had as a manager. Here in Dry Ridge they replaced our Long John 's with Dunkin donuts and I 'm at a loss for THE ONLY SEA FOOD I EAT! lol THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I used to love Ljs unfortunately I had an experience at this location about a year back that has made me stop eating at all locations.Pieces of hair cooked into the batter
