Chick-fil-a - Louisville

The food and service were both great, as usual. The dining experience was just OK, employees on break were being very loud and disruptive; running around and being hyper, face-timing their friends, etc. they usually act like this at this location, so it is better when dining in to go to the Springhurst.

Fast service quality food! Only con of this Chick-fil-A is that they always (I mean ALWAYS) forget to pack a utensil. So I had to improvise and eat like a savage

Good food for a fair price. They always seem busy. The drive thru looks backed up, but they are very efficient and get you through it quickly. Never had a food problem or items missing from our order. Hope I didn't jinx it now.

I arrived late in the afternoon and ordered the chicken sandwich combo. The food was brought to my table and it was fresh and piping hot. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and pleasant. The restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere.

After working up an appetite while horseback riding, we decided to stop at Chick-Fil-A. We always enjoy dining here because the service and food never disappoint us. The bathrooms are consistently clean as well. This visit met our expectations as usual.
