Ceviche Fusion - La Dorada

La comida de mar es buena, pero necesita un poco más de sal.

You will feel when you close your eyes as if you were on the coast enjoying a really big ceviche, you just need to feel the sand on your feet so it is.

This is a restaurant where I was expecting to have real Peruvian food. At the end the plate was ok, but the combination of favor wasn't as I was expected.

Bogotá is full of restaurants offering varying types of delicious ceviche. Unfortunately this is not one that I would recommend. I ordered the Peruvian Ceviche with an addition of octopus. The plate that arrived was accompanied with toasted corn that had seen better days, it was badly toasted and bitter enough to make it inedible. The fish was ok enough, but the octopus was as tough as the leather on an old pair of boots. Shame as I love ceviche and this looked like a promising local option. Time to look further afield....
