Pizza Candelaria - Bogotá

We ate here twice during our stay in Bogotá. The food is excellent and the service is very good. The second time we visited the owner/manager welcomed us like old friends. It is a large space with many indoor and outdoor seating When you have a large group, it is ideal. Nice feature is if you ask after check, the waitress asks whether you want to leave a tip instead of automatically adding it to the bill as most places. Our last meal consisted of a delicious garlic prawn Fuccini and a Margarita pizza and a few sodas . With 10% lace US $20.00 Amazing value!

This place is really something special. It's led by a family, they're always there at the kitchen and reception, and it shows how committed they are to this establishment. The first time we were there we had an issue with one of the dishes we ordered, as it was a rough day at the restaurant. So the team went out of their way to make sure our second visit was perfect, and indeed it was. The service, the food (their pizza is very elegant) the care for the ingredients, the ambience, all a 10. Wish I could teleport back there for dinner ever so often!
