Freddie's - Kure Beach

I rarely give 5 stars, but this place was fantastic. You will probably get a reservation a few days before the time, as seats are limited. Every court we had was great. Spicy mussels came in a sauce with more heat than I used with Italian cuisine, but they were great. We had leftovers for 2 more meals. Super Waitstaff, too.

So the cocktail menu is awesome and the young lady behind the bar was phenomenal! Dinner was great just like I expected, my only complaint would be that the mozzarella sticks seemed to be prepared. Everything else was fresh homemade and seasoned well! Always a pleasure and highly recommend. Remember to make reservations early!

These guys have it figured out, I don?t travel to the beach expecting fine food selections however authenticity is their thing, the Italian food is delectable, bread fresh-baked and the service timely and kind. Would definitely recommend this place, everything was good including our substation requests.

Such a nice place to enjoy a meal in Kure Beach! Reservations recommended because it's usually busy. Meal starts with warm bread and olive oil. Entrees come with a garden salad with tomatoes/beets/chickpeas. I have gotten the yummy lasagna twice here, and it's contains an awesome cheese blend. Nice dessert options and wine available too. Highly recommend!

Generous portions of food (multiple of us took leftovers home). Bread was fluffy and great with the dipping oil. Chicken Picatta and Shrimp Scampi were both on the lemon-y side, but I enjoyed it. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, the CUTLERY was immaculate. 10/10.
