At our table near the entrance, the door was left open, causing a cold draft to sweep in. Staff members would come and go, leaving the door open while they smoked cigarettes, which wafted into the restaurant. Although there were partitions in place, they didn't completely block the cold air. Additionally, the restroom doors didn't lock properly, leading to an unpleasant experience. By the end of the night, the chilly air from the kitchen made it uncomfortable, and dust blew in through the open doorway. Due to the draft and cold temperatures, we decided to leave immediately after finishing our meal.

Reservation confirmed and they knew nothing too long to wait for food, full flop.
