Waffle House - Knoxville

I normally hate waffle House, but I was hungry for some eggs over easy last night. They were the best I have ever had. Even the grits were good and I don't like the way they make their grits. It was the cook who made it work. I'll be back tomorrow.

The staff was doing a great job at keeping up with the holiday rush. Our waitress was humorous and super fantastic. Had a great time. It was also a place to take your families and saw many of them there. Way to go Waffle House!!

Our waitress Amanda was the Bomb !!! She was fast and efficient and made me feel like I was part of her family! She was kind and never let my coffee get cold. She was excellent and made the trip and the food that much more exceptional.

The cook that prepared our food does not know how to prepare an over medium egg. The servers and cook need to do better at handling food properly with gloves and utensils. When they take their gloves off they need to remember to wash their hands before putting a new pair of gloves back on to handle the food. They need to be careful not to touch their hair, rub their face and touch anything else when handling food.

Food is great the employees are very nice just a good place to eat
