The Firefly/ Marble City Kitchen

Stayed at the Hilton for a week and ate here once for breakfast and dinner respectively. Both meals were gpod quality and I recommend the salmon. Parking: Hotel attached to a paid parking garage. Wheelchair accessibility: Hotel and restaurant are wheelchair accessible, noting there's a reasonably steep incline from the garage to the hotel front entrance.

The food, service, and atmosphere were exceptionally good. I ordered a Caesar salad, which is my usual choice, along with salmon, and it was fantastic. The creamy pineapple served with rice was surprisingly tasty with the salmon. I also tried some local mushrooms cooked in a wine broth, and they were very good. I’ll definitely be back tomorrow!

This place is amazing! The Fried Chicken dinner is the best fried chicken you will ever taste. Highly recommended!

From the moment we were met and taken tom our table, the entire night was wonderful. The manager greeted us and thanked us for making the reservation, he then made recommendations for us at our request, and we followed his directions, and everything was wonderful. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Initially, we didn't have high expectations because it was a hotel restaurant, but it turned out to be the best food we had during our entire weekend in town. Everything we tried was fantastic, including the beet kale salad, steak, Brussels sprouts, steak frites, and chili. I only wish every hotel restaurant could match this level of quality.
