The Chop House - Knoxville

The waiter provided excellent service during our visit. We dined in for dinner, and the meal cost between $50 and $100 per person. The food was outstanding, earning a rating of 5. The service and atmosphere were both rated 4. I highly recommend the chop!

The food was excellent, and our server was friendly and attentive. However, the host staff seemed a bit irritated when we asked a question. The only real downside was that the dining room was extremely dim, making it difficult to see our food. I appreciate a good atmosphere, but this was a bit too much. My husband and I eat at this location, and we can not say enough about the experience. We eat out a lot, and this was hands-down some of the best costumer service that we have had in a long time! From the beginning when we were greeted at the door and hostess stand, to the service from our waitress, to the conversation with the manager to express our pleasure in this visit, to leaving.
