Taco Bell - Knoxville

I just have to say WOW! My company placed a last-minute lunch order on Friday, March 11, at 11:20 AM, and the team showed incredible leadership, efficiency, and customer service. The lady at the cash register jumped in to help get all 80+ items prepared quickly, all while assisting other customers. My order was ready by 11:50 AM. Whoever was working during this shift truly deserves a raise; it’s amazing to see how hard they work, and we really appreciate it. It was a fantastic experience!

I am no longer satisfied with this Taco Bell. They handed me a messy bag containing a poorly made burrito, a broken taco, and what seemed like leftover scraps from the bottom of their trash can. The evening staff were rude; I even witnessed them verbally abusing a disabled woman for no reason. I will not be returning.

The guy at the drive-thru was decent; he informed me that they were out of a specific item. However, the young girl who was on the headset was quite rude! She responded with sarcastic comments more than once, saying things like "well, whatever!" Whatever happened to good hospitality? When I got home, I also discovered that my order was still incorrect! Shaking my head.

What a surprise! Best Taco Bell we’ve ever been to! Fresh food. Delicious. Excellent Packaging. The staff we as happy, friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

We went thru the drive thru cause the door was locked at 800 pm. They gave us a Pepsi that was flat the manager argued that it was fresh...it wasn't. Then they left off some toppings for the tacos, the manager refused to fix new ones just gave us the toppings and they left off 3 tacos for my granddaughter. This was a lousy experience and I won't go back to this taco bell again
