Taco Bell - Knoxville

They close the dining area most of the time. The drive through takes forever. Then your orders are usually wrong. Then you have to get back in the long drive-thru line to have it fixed. You have to do this because they don't answer their phones either.

This was the WORST tacos and burritos we 've ever had from Taco Bell.There was hardly anything in the tacos and the burritos were WORSE than a SHRIVELED UP PRUNE.!!!Taco Bell used to be my 'GO TO ' but NEVER AGAIN.!!! FLAVOR ONLY is NOT food.!!!Taco Bells NEW CUSTOMER STATEMENT: "IF 'WE ' put more than flavor in OUR ¿food?, then WE PUT TOO MUCH .!!! .!!!

Went to pick up dinner for my kids before heading to a different place for myself. While there I also got a hard taco because how can you go to TB and not get a taco? (LOL) No one else was inside. It was clean, service was good and order was ready in a timely manner. My taco was crunchy and fresh. I almost ended up making a separate order for myself. ? Def a better experience than some of the other locations.

Well, decided to try this taco bell instead of the one by the crazy Kroger. It was fast service but I don't understand how it's always cold. They forgot all the sauces, napkins, and utensils. ?

Every time , I go this location. My order is always missing items . when I started to ask for receipt, they get annoyed . I try going on different days and times , but still get the same results . Tonight once again my drinks were wrong . When I told the guy at window , he said that’s what my screen says. I looked up my order on my phone just in case I order wrong , nope not the case . This is very disappointing.
