This place is gross. I don't think they ever clean. The health department needs to close it down.
Came for lunch. Ordered on the mobile app to dine in. Waited about 30 mins for the food. They were out of sauces and certain sodas. Dinning room is dirty. One of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been too. Do not recommend.
Every time I have gotten delivery from this specific taco bell it has been wrong and bad. My quesadilla wasn't cut/ it was cold, my cheesy roll up was cold and folded like a taco, the chicken tacos were barely filled and cold, I never get all the items in the boxes (like the chips and cheese). I work in fast food, how do you guys screw up this bad every time?
I arrived at the drive-thru at 4:54 PM and noticed three cars ahead of me. Unfortunately, I didn't get to place my order until 5:01 PM. I requested the happy hour Mountain Dew blast, but the server informed me that they couldn't honor the happy hour price since it was after 5:00. I pointed out that it was only 5:01 and I had been waiting in line for seven minutes. The server simply said they had to stick to the rules. I found this surprising; it would be good customer service to honor the specials for anyone already in line before the cutoff time. Because of this policy, I've decided not to return to this Taco Bell, especially over just $1.50. If you plan to take advantage of their special prices, I recommend arriving well in advance to account for their delays.
