Subway - Knoxville

The server was there by herself and then it got busy. Luckily someone else showed up. I don't think anyone should be left alone in a store or anywhere there's business. We got Italian BMT and she left off the ham.

One of the employees there is just AWESOME! He's incredibly friendly and never seems to be having a bad day. Some of the other's..I don't know yet well enough but I hope their work ethic improves. It's a catch 22 whether the food will be fresh or not though. The raspberry cheesecake cookies are to die for!

I went to the Subway at 4436 Western Ave. I was there on December 3 around 3:00. The lady who made my sandwich was super nice and deserves a raise. The sandwich was very good too.

Order food and they canceled my order. Decided to just go pick it up since they was supposed to be open for another hour but they closed instead. ??????????????

Victoria was very friendly and even after having 7 people pile in at once, not once did she roll her eyes,sigh, or show any sign of attitude! She was very apologetic for the wait even though she was moving like she had a second person helping her (which she didnt)! The whole visit she was smiling and answering questions!! I will definitely be back!!!
