Starbucks - Knoxville

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, right?No. Sometimes the staff make the place way better than just a Starbucks. This place and staff do just that.Today, I 'm having a tough day and my barista went out of her way to improve my day. While have sat here working on school stuff I have watched as multiple staff have been kind, generous, understanding, and compassionate with everyone who walked in and especially so with several other patrons who are clearly in the same rough day boat with me. Seriously, these humans have been amazing. It 's just coffee and a quick bite. They don 't have to go above and beyond but they have for many people today. Give them all raises because they deserve it.

Our drinks were perfect and one food item was precise, however, the other food item, my ham Swiss croissant, was cold, nearly frozen. I was already 3 miles away on a time crunch or I would've definitely returned let them rectify this. The take away here is, when preparing an order, regardless of the line, the order must be prepared correctly bc not everyone can turn around and have it redone. Sorry, but no 5 stars here.

I stopped by at 3PM today and the staff were so kind! It was quick, the beverage was delicious (strawberry acai lemonade), and they kindly got me a big ice water I was desperate for! I appreciated their smiles and for not making me feel like a burden!

Please fill the cup the whole way. I keep getting light drinks at this location.

This location is insaine as far as getting in and out. I'm grateful to be able to order ahead on the app, park at Wendy's, and run over and grab it. Normally everything is made correctly and the employees work very efficiently. I feel sad for the employees that Starbucks does everything in their power to keep them from unionizing.
