Bidrage med feedbackI highly suggest not ordering from this location I spent 35$ on a pizza box and literally none of this is edible for one my pizza is burnt my pep is missing off my pizza and who TF would eat wings that look like this I've been tryna call for the last 40 mins and can't get anyone to pick up! Literally disgusting food and terrible to get ahold of.
Orders from this location (Chapman Hwy close to downtown) are good. Put in online order, tracker said being made for over an hour. Called location, put on hold for 5 min or so only to be told that they were only taking carry out orders. My order wasn't found in the system. I had a confirmation email and everything (correct location). Phone sat down and not actually put on hold for over 10 minutes. Could hear noise/conversations but no one ever picked up. Management/customer service needs to be looked at.
I called the store because I wasn’t given any icing with my double order of cinnastix. When they said it was their fault because they don’t have any, I asked for a credit for the cinnastix order, she started whispering to another employee and then hung up on me. I called back, they placed me on hold and kept picking up only to place me back on hold. If I had my vehicle (reason for delivery), I would have gone to the store myself. Instead, they play childish games in the worst show of customer service I’ve had from a chain food store.I just recently started ordering Pizza Hut again after not for quite some time due to the horrible customer service. Looks like I won’t be eating Pizza Hut for longer, if at all, this go around.Also, I’m less than a mile from the store I ordered from. $15 just in delivery/tips and I’m treated like I’m an a-hole.
Twice in the last 2 months I've ordered delivery and didn't get my order. One of the times was last night. Ridiculous that they can't even call someone if they don't have drivers or whatever the issue is, instead they leave you hanging. I ordered at 930 last night with the store closing at 12 I figured that would be plenty of time. It gets to be 11 and still no food, and no one answers the phone! Check the delivery tracker on the app and it said my food was expected at 130am??? Needless to say even then it didn't come.
Really hate to leave a bad review but had a bad experience 12-12-22. Took my mom to dine in and it was about 8:30pm. Resturant wasn't crowded at all; in fact we were the only people dining in at the time. I walked over to the front counter and a guy was busy making pizzas, etc I told him we wanted to dine in and did I need to order there or could we just have a seat. He told me to have a seat and someone would be with us. Dining room was freezing cold; this is December folks! I understand the workers may get hot around the pizza ovens but come on don't freeze your dine in customers to death. We sat there at least 5 minutes freezing and finally just decided to walk out.This is the second bad experience I've had with Pizza Hut and both locations on chapman highway! both locations doesn't seem to want to wait on dine in guests anymore; they make you feel like you're in their way a burden on them. If you guys want to be a carry out only restaurant then I suggest that's what you need to do and just close your doors and only allow pick up via drive through like the one in Sevierville. I will be giving my business to snappy tomato from here out since they reopened their pizza buffet and seem eager to wait on their dine in guests.
