Papa Johns Pizza - Knoxville

I order from here about once a week and the quality is very hit or miss. Usually the pizza is good, but there were several places that it was overcooked, cold or the wrong cheese was used. I understand that it's hard to keep employees so I try to reduce them and tap the driver a reasonable amount.

This is by far the worst pizza I have ever received from Papa John's. My entire household ordered a few pizzas last night and they tasted like frozen pizza. I'm not sure if it was the old ingredients or if this is how it actually tastes now, but everyone in my family agreed we will never order from Papa John's again. Just thinking about it gives me chills. Hey!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I live 7 minutes away from there and they refuse to deliver to my address. they have lost my business, that is sure where, as before, they had no problem to deliver here. very sad.

This load says it closes at 1:00 a.m. online, but when I went there at 12:46 a.m., they wouldn't let me in and sign through the windows that they were closed. her open sign was still on. I hate that this guy who comes before closing them, but when they close early, then at least change the time online to 12:45 clock or something. I share this with the lazy college staff who want to get out early. bad business of my opinion. they still have good pizza.

Pizza sucked. Normally Papa John's is my favorite pizza. The topping were old and tasted stale. I've never had a worse pizza.
