Olive Garden Knoxville Parkside Dr

Amazing service! Andie was our server and she was phenomenal. She was so sweet and so personable. You could tell she was super busy and being pulled all over the place but was still so nice, caring and had a smile on her face. We even talked about our zodiacs lol. Will definitely be coming back because of her!!

It’s an Olive Garden. You should know what to expect here. Unlimited salad and bread sticks, overpriced pasta dishes, but generous helpings. Or server was pretty good tonight. Not great, but above average these days. We were there to celebrate a birthday and the wait wasn’t too bad at all for our table of three.

We met here recently for a friend's birthday... Arrived in 3 groups. They were very nice and patient about it, even so far as moving us to a larger table when more people showed up unexpectedly. They even fixed it so we could keep our server Ty who, even though he is new at the job, took excellent care of us! Food was wonderful! Atmosphere excellent! All around great experience!

IF you like HAIR In YOUR FOOD, this is the place for you. While eating my salad, I discovered a four inch hair in the salad. It just so happened that I noticed it at exactly the same time as my food was being delivered. I showed it to the waiter. She said she was sorry and wanted to know if I wanted cheese on my entree. Really?? I told her to take it back to stay warm and a few minutes later the manager came over and said she understood there was an issue, which described to her. She said she was sorry, and was going to give me the family discount of 25%. I thought that was insincere, and doubt her family would like to come to my house and eat my hair. Then my entree came. You guessed it, about half way through, I felt another hair in my mouth. It was sickening. Even the waiter said it was inexcuseable. I left immediately. Folks, once is an accident, twice is an issue. Stay far, far, away from this establishment. Going to relate my experience to the Health Department Monday morning. Shame on you Olive Garden.
