Kaizen - Knoxville

Excellent location. a few minutes walk from the city. eclectic cool gasse away to eat in free. the selection of food and drinks was solid! price on the higher end of the soektrum. the bastards were completely in order and missed the brand. with a little fine tuning this place could be location and location. overall worth visiting and hanging out with a nice drink and appetizer.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but it's quite unique compared to traditional Asian cuisine. The pork used is more like a sausage than the pork typically found in Asian dishes. Additionally, the main dishes all come with rice or noodles and there are no options for chicken or other types of meat. If you enjoy carbs, then this place is perfect for you. However, be cautious as the gyoza sausages may not be safe for all diets. The pork sausage in the early rolls was absolutely delicious, but the flavors may be more suited for adult tastes.

This restaurant is a winner! The food is excellent, the service is great, the atmosphere is charming, and the prices are reasonable. I had the Thai chicken noodles, two orders of gyoza (which were delicious!), and the Bang Smiling. Everything was excellent!

This restaurant in Knoxville was our favorite mid-range option for dining out. It is now located at 127 S. Central St, and the space is larger than before with some comfortable, free seats. We sat in a cozy corner, which was a more intimate setting with distance between tables. We shared some delicious Thai sausage balls, gyoza, and black bell fried rice. The sweet chilli sauce added just the right amount of heat to the dishes. We also enjoyed a bottle of Chattore Chardonnay, which was unoaked and had flavors similar to a sauvignon blanc, but paired perfectly with the food. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, making it a pleasant experience overall.

Amazing! I got the shoju noodles (as I love everything mushroom related). I loved it! I do want to note that my partner and I arrived 45 minutes before closing time, and we were welcomed in with a smile. (Another group of people arrived 15 minutes after us and were also welcomed I would definitely recommend this place.
