Jimmy John's - Knoxville

When my girlfriend was placing her order, the cashier started huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes, and putting her face in her hands, even though it was a straightforward order. She also reacted dramatically when my girlfriend requested mustard on her sandwich. This behavior was completely unacceptable. I understand that it's a Jimmy John's on the strip and I didn’t expect red carpet treatment, but the cashier went out of her way to be incredibly rude.

My order, which was supposed to be delivered quickly, ended up taking almost two hours. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with the service, the staff simply defended the delay and claimed there was nothing they could do about it. I suggested they should at least inform customers when they can’t fulfill orders on time, but I was told they were too busy for that. I also recommended they should stop taking orders they can't manage, and the call ended with her basically hanging up on me. No offer of credit or resolution was made. I would advise avoiding this establishment.

The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly. The service is impressively quick! I highly recommend it.

The night shift worker has messed up my order 2/3 times I have been there past 9pm. Never quality service when ordering in person. Would leave no stars if possible

Shittiest **** Jimmy Johns ever. I ordered my food at 8:00 PM and it is current 10:30 and I have yet to get my food. I have called them 15 times and nobody picks up. Just wasted $19 for literally nothing.
