Jamba - Knoxville

The restaurant is beautiful, offers healthy options, and the food is delicious.

Today, I visited this restaurant and was informed by a staff member that they were closing at 6pm. There were no signs indicating that they were closed, and the restaurant appeared to be fully operational. It seemed like the staff member simply did not want to serve any more customers.

I arrived at 5:30 and was informed that the restaurant was closing early. I had to take a 40-minute detour to reach here.

So slow. Poor guy working alone and having to look up each item of every recipe. 2 people in front of me and took 30 minutes to get 1 drink.

Just wasted my time driving here specifically to solve a Jamba craving. Saw it was listed as open at 10AM. Showed up at 10:30 and the man at the counter rudely says I’m incorrect and they don’t open until 11:30. If you can’t even get your hours of operation correct on your listing should you be running a business?
