Dunkin' Donuts - Knoxville

I love Dunkin! They didn't have many donuts left, but I went there after 11am. I asked about various drinks. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They made me an incredible drink. The breakfast sandwich was tasty too.Food: 5/5

I get the sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese. I also love the munchkins powdered sugar and cinnamon coated.

They never get my drink right, hash browns were nice and crispy though.

Placed and paid for an on line order this morning. They closed the lobby due to staff shortage. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and gave up. So did others. Stay away

Don 't order from their app. I order half a dozen donut and paid online. Went to pick it up and they didn 't have two of the donuts I choose. So I said just switch them to anything with sprinkles because it 's for a 2 and 4 year old girl. The man said I got you. He handed me the box and we drove away. Later to find out there were 5 chocolate donut and one blueberry. No sprinkle in site. You basically pre-pay to not get what you ask for. ?‍
