Dunkin' - Knoxville

I really enjoy their iced Matcha latte and the customer service is very nice.

I stop in everyday to get my coffee! I 9 times out of 10 use the drive thru. They remember my order, I always get a friendly smile and short conversation while waiting for my order!! Love the morning crew Cedar Bluff!

23 minutes to wait in drive-thru line (no way to leave line) and then get told they are only accepting mobile orders. This is by far the worst location. No customer service, no care whatsoever.

Wow I never knew a line could sit so long moss would grow on your car. Had two sloths pass us heading to Starbucks (personally I can't stand Starbucks) Seriously maybe the slowest line at a dunkin that I've been to.Hey I get it staffing is tough so I accept that. However! I generally order the same several drinks depending on my mood. Across the board from the east coast to the Rockies there is very little difference. What I got instead of an ice coffee would be more appropriately called and coffee flavored ice water.

Was coming in at 11:30 am and apparently they were “too short staff” to even take my food order, even though there were 5 people in the back working. All she would allow me to purchase was donuts. There was maybe 4 cars in the drive thru and just me inside trying to order. I’ve been to many Dunkin donuts that could handle that amount of customers with far less people working in the back. Don’t go to this location if you want good service.
