Overall, it was a good experience, but the staff member taking our orders, who has been with the restaurant for two years, entered our food order incorrectly. This is completely unacceptable, especially when children are playing and eager to eat. It seems that additional training is necessary for the associates working at the registers.

I have to say that the food is excellent and the service is good, although they often seem to be understaffed. However, the atmosphere has suffered since they removed the animatronics — a huge mistake! Kids don't want just a small dance floor; they want the animatronics. Instead, they send the mascot out to dance, and the kids aren't interested in that. I really felt sorry for him. This is why we’re giving it 3 stars.

The man who took our food and gameplay order had a long line to handle, and when it was finally our turn, he wasn't very friendly. He seemed annoyed when I presented one of the reward calendars on my phone for him to process. However, the staff at the prize counter and on the floor were quite pleasant. Since it was a Saturday afternoon, it was understandable that it took a bit longer to get our pizza.

They’ve remodeled it since the last time we were there. The grandkids had a blast. They no longer serve beer there, probably because somebody decided to be stupid and drink too much at a kids’ establishment. Oh well.
