Chili's - Knoxville

I don't give 5 stars very often maybe 4 times this year but I have to give Chili's on Clinton highway 5 stars. The service was awesome and the food was well prepared. The ribs I had were by far the best ribs I've had in, well ever. I'm 55 so I've had my share of ribs. Everything we had that night down to the chips and salsa was great. I liked it so much that if I was able to I would eat there every night. I've never said that about any restaurants any where. I want to congratulate the staff and management for doing an excellent job. I definitely will be recommending this restaurant to all my friends and everyone who reads my reviews. Thank you for a great experience.

Got a couple burgers and fries to go. They tasted like the were left over from yesterday then thrown in the microwave for 15 minutes then left under the heat lamp for another day. The fries tasted the exact same. Every now and then I decide to get chilis and then am quickly reminded why I don’t.

Can't beat a hot meal under 20 bucks that is both filling and tasty! Server kept the drink cup full even with a busy section so hats off to her. I would definitely stop by and check it out if you are reading this. I recommend getting the chips and chili dip as an appetizer.Parking: Plenty of spots but it is usually busy

First time eating in. Our waitress was picking at her nose ring. After I had the 60z steak with avocados. An hour later I was home with severe food poisoning.My husband and I and 2 other couples where there. We won't be eating here again

We arrived around 3.00 We didn't see anyone around hostes desk. Finally someone came out of kitchen area. All 3 people we seen ignored us. Finally a man came up to ask how many we said 2. He wiped a table down we were seated waitress came over nice enough. Placed order. While looking around had never seen waitress wipe tables off throw silverware on floor and either step on them or ignore them.. I wasn't happy with my greasy chicken ranch bacon .brought cheese fries out without a plate to put them on. Nobody there seemed to care. As far as I'm concerned I will never eat there again. Thanks
