Captain D's Seafood - Knoxville

Amazing manager we stopped here for mother days and was greeted with smiling faces and kindness. Food was great and there were only two people working. ???? I didn't get the managers name but he was a gentleman and was doing the job of 4 people!

Mediocre food. 30 minutes after we ordered we went back up to the counter to get a shrug and oh, there's your food. No apology. They were not busy, there is no excuse.

Restaurant was dirty, food took 25 minutes to come out and it was cold, mushy, and had been cooked in rancid oil. Terrible experience, horrible food, and poor customer service. Do NOT go to this Captain D?s ?.. drive to another one in the Knoxville area.

Although there was only one employee working, I had the best experience when I ordered today and I will definitely be back for the stuffed crab!! Delicious ???? Sarah was very professional and for her to be the only one there I didn't have to wait no longer than I normally do and tbh the food was cooked to perfection!!!

Thank you to the 2 guys that wanted to stay in the kitchen talking about and comparing their criminal charges. I stead of being ready to take food orders.SO, I went to Culver's for some very delicious, fresh, fish. Served with quick friendly service.
