Blue Coast Grill - Knoxville

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I must say, the atmosphere was fantastic. Our server, Alex, was exceptional. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, he managed to provide attentive service.

We visited the restaurant today, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We really hope they revert to the old menu, as we may not return after this experience.

I never write reviews, I’ll lead with that. Yesterday was so terrible, the new updated menu change was not a hit! Sadly talking me into eating here...

My burger and husbands burger was extremely burnt. Management did offer a new burger however I was not willing to wait.
