KFC - Kirkland Lake

Prices were normal as per other KFCs. Staff was friendly and humorous given the fact they were working with NO HEAT in the building. TOO COLD to eat in the restaurant so we took our meal to go and sat in our car in the parking lot to eat. It was warmer outside that it was in the restaurant.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we ordered takeout food for seven people. The staff accurately fulfilled all of our orders and efficiently prepared the food.

I've live in quite a few places and never met employees who can't seem to get it right as often as this bunch. Not a normal complainer but with no exaggeration 75% of the time I go here they are out of something or there's going to be a wait. This is unacceptable when I'm only ordering their regular items; chicken, fries, and gravy. This is a shame because I do enjoy kfc and keep giving them a second chance. I understand now why this store has gotten such a bad reputation in this small community. Management should be fired because I believe this issue stems from them trying to save costs rather than the unfortunate students who take the brunt of unhappy customers on the front line.

I dined here in January and received some attitude from the person serving us. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean.

The service was friendly and fast. The food came to us fast and it was hot. We had the chicken sandwich, they were very tasty.
