Flight Line Cafe - KINGSTON - GREENWOOD

The soup at this restaurant was delicious both times I tried it. The atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming, and the staff were nice. The restaurant is conveniently located next to the aviation museum and Canex, making it a great spot to shop as well.

This cafe is well-suited to its location, offering affordable and delicious food and drinks to both visitors and locals at the impressive Greenwood Historic Aircraft Museum. The staff is incredibly friendly, which is a nice touch. Karen also offers a straightforward loyalty program - buy 7 drinks and get the 8th one free. It's a pity that I live 3500 miles away!

I adore this cozy little gem! Many people in Greenwood may not be aware of its existence, but it offers a full lunch menu with daily specials and freshly baked goods. They serve local Just Us coffee and tea, and make their own delicious soups and sandwiches. My friends and I often pop in for a quick bite before heading out to run errands, or just to explore the Canex or museum. The prices are very reasonable for lunch, and the atmosphere is quiet, cozy, and clean. The owner is friendly and accommodating, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely cup of tea on a chilly or rainy afternoon with a friend. They accept debit, offer WiFi, have a television, plenty of seating, and provide local newspapers. The washrooms are conveniently located nearby within the building, and there is plenty of parking available. The only downside is that I have trouble finding their hours of operation, especially on Saturdays when they seem to vary (possibly due to seasonal changes). They are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, which can be challenging for those who work traditional business hours. I believe that if they were open on weekends, they would attract more customers.

Cafes like this are a good find, anywhere. For Greenwood, Flight Line is a handy spot to drop in and sit a spell, socialise with the neighbours. Handily placed for the air base and the museum next door also. Good service, nice and clean, quality food, from mostly local producers. I hope it continues to serve the good folks of this town for a long time.
