Subway - Kilgore

Food was fine, the issue was the staff. Horrible attitude. The lady at the cashier constantly made faces and rolled her eyes, and just a nasty attitude. If you want to go to subway in Kilgore, definitely go to another location but this one, unless you want to put up with horrible customer service.

The worst just place an order with my app and it took my money but later said it couldn't process my order so I called and was told they can't help me they don't have anything to do with the app and I have to call the corporate office so now I'm out 33 dollars till after Christmas.. I'll never use the app again

To management your checkout attendant asked for a tip. Has a sling on her arm. I waited in line, I took my food to my table, I poured my drink, i bused my table.. asking for a tip under any service is terrible manners. Asking for a tip at subway is bananas. You will want to correct this.
