Jack Ryan's Steak And Chophouse

Tuesday, August 6. Ordered a chop steak well done for lunch. The center was raw red meat. Told our waitress and all she said is “I am sorry”. I showed her my plate and said “that isn’t done is it”? She said “no” then walked away. When she returned for my payment I ask her to please tell the chef. She said “ I did” and walk away again. Have always had an awesome dining experience at Jack Ryan’s but guess the chief was having a bad day. No one showed concern for the bad meal. Serving raw hamburger meat can be dangerous. Very disappointed!

I had reservations at 1230 and at 1231 after being there 15 min early I was told they couldn’t tell me how long it would be because the kitchen was backed up. And the chef was not happy. We only get an hour for lunch so we left to find somewhere else. Wouldn’t you think since they are only open for lunch now, they would have a plan for a full house? I have loved this place and their food for forever at dinner. So disappointed.

Eat here all the time but today might be my last. First I asked for the Stodge burger and to please sub cheddar for american cheese and the server said no I can't. I said ok then I ordered the hamburger steak plate and asked for (4) fried shrimp on the side and they told me we have to charge you for the whole poorboy sandwich meal. I said really because I've gotten that before a couple times in the past and never had an issue. The server says yeah different chef different rules... I said ok good to know! The chef today might have cost you a regular customer hope it was worth it folks!!

The most amazing food! We have been there many times. The consistency in the dishes is amazing. The service is always top notch. The restaurant is handicapped accessible for wheelchairs. The only problem is that there is only one handicapped parking space that I can find. Wheelchair accessibility: I use an ECV which is a scooter and a little larger than a wheelchair. I was able to maneuver the restaurant and restroom well.

Gavin did an excellent job for us tonight. We really appreciate his good work.
