Great food and great service. Our server was very friendly, attentive and made solid recommendations of what to order. Had the White Cheddar Queso, Stuffed Avacados and an exceptional margarita! Definitely going her again!

First of all a friend and I went for lunch at openening time. We were directed or pointed to our table .Someone else brought us silverware, no menu yet, then someone else gets drink order. She brings drinks back after someone brings chips and salsa and then gets aggravated because we did not have our menus.We ordered our food. The hard taco had no tomatos, the rice was bland, my friend ordered a chili relieno and she said it was bad.The order of guacamole had no onion ,.no tomato,no peppers., Good awful. Unprofessional. We will not be back

It's okay. Good chips and salsa. El Sombrero is good Mexican food, just not my favorite. The stacked nachos are good if you are in the mood for nachos. Good service and table was clean.

I was less than pleased today. I ordered a margarita on the rocks with salt. I received a To-Go Styrofoam cup with lukewarm mix and with the salt not sticking to the crappy cup. That was $11 if I remember correctly. Amusingly, my water came in a regular cup. I asked if they had green sauce. Was told they had 2 types, a spicy tomatillo and a regular green. I asked for the spicy. I could then hear the staff yelling at each other He asked for spicy! So they provided me with a sweetish tomatillo salsa, stacked with shaken chili flakes. I was honestly offended I was being offered that at a Mexican restaurant. I also ordered white queso. It was utterly delicious. My final item was a shrimp cocktail. When received, it wasn 't cold. I still ate it, it had a funky tinge to it. I spent $30.40 for a lunch of a small white queso, 1 margarita in a to go cup, 1 shrimp cocktail, and a water. That is not a value, it 's not even close to worth the price. I will stick to the other local small taco places.

So I have to say I’m very impressed. You must get the white queso. Food came out quick, hot and fresh. The staff were great. They greet you at the door and are constantly checking on their customers. This is awesome especially during the times we live in. I see horror stories on reviews of customers being ignored. Sure not the case here. I will definitely be back. Can’t want to try something else on the menu. My taco and enchilada was so good.
