Chicken Express Of Kilgore

Came in between 11:30 and 12:00 order the biggest family pack they have got all the way home no corn nuggets spent $70 trying to call their phone from three different phones and evidently they haven't paid their bill because it's no longer working number I guess I'm just sh-t out of luck on getting the rest of my food

Not sure what has happened, but I am very disappointed in the quality over the last few months. First the fried catfish dinner which is pricey has had wafer thin small portions, another restaurant in town has the meal also and you get true catfish fillets, second a few weeks back tried to place an order and was told ten minute wait on chicken I was fine with that but when they said an hour wait on corn on the cob I said cancel my order. Third last night I had company coming and ordered $45,00 of food needless to say should have threw the money out the window, food was terrible . Not going back!
