Terrible service! The barrister named Kevin with a ponytail and glasses was extremely rude. As a paying customer, you would think he was the one being paid for. This man should be fired! There are so many people looking for jobs, it's frustrating that someone like him is still employed.

This coffee shop in Notting Hill is the worst I have ever been to. The staff, especially the manager, are very rude. The toilets are always broken, and they even suggested that I go to the coffee shop next door to use theirs. It is disgusting. I have been a customer at this Pret for over two years, and the toilets are always out of order. By law, they should have them open for customers who are dining in, but they charge more for those who choose to eat inside. It is unacceptable that they do not provide functioning facilities for their customers. I believe this warrants further investigation to determine if it is legal.

Today at the restaurant, I encountered a server who appeared to be annoyed when I asked for an extra hot drink. He mentioned that our drinks are made at 65 degrees and asked how much hotter I wanted it. I explained that I prefer my drink to be very hot so it can stay warm for longer. His response was that it's cold outside and the drink will eventually cool down regardless.

Extremely rude, ignorant and rude supervisor. Not to mention there's nothing to drink in stock, just coffee. And they don't know how to communicate.

The worst coffee shop I've ever visited in London. The manager of this place is totally unprepared for this function. I had a terrible experience there
