Nando's Notting Hill

Appalling service. After ordering, the option of a set menu allowing for a dessert I chose the frozen one. Once my food came I was told just to let them know when I wanted the dessert. I waited 15 mins after finishing dinner. As I was sat in the very back corner, no one was attentive enough, and everyone seemed busy stuffing delivery bags. Deciding to go to the till area, I was ignored by 3 staff who were not serving people in the restaurant, but doing tasks behind the desk. For a whole 3 mins!!! I gave up and walked out without dessert. I don’t be back.

As the review title suggests. We went there for 11:30, and they werent even open on time. The waitress was extremely rude, and was a real jobsworth about checking in, being asked to come into the restaurant, where to sit etc etc. I wouldn’t have minded if the restaurant was packed but there were literally THREE other customers in there, and it wasnt even clean. Poor, poor, poor all round. Its a shame as this Nandos obviously rests on its laurels of its location, and puts 0 effort into its service.Will not be returning.

I recently encountered the most impolite waitress I have ever come across. Her name badge read Kasia and she displayed a complete disregard for me, with a noticeably unpleasant attitude.

My brother and I had been on a late tour and had therefore missed dinner. Nando's was about to close but allowed us to order anyways. I was our first time and the food was great! My brother is a quite picky eater but loved it too. Would definitely go again.

The service was terrible. The staff was unfriendly and I was very disappointed. The staff seemed more focused on attending to two drunk, obnoxious customers rather than the ones who were actually spending a lot and being polite. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
